This place is more like a resort. We arrived in the rain so had a wee way to walk to get to reception, then back to the car to get bags, then off in another direction to get to our room. They had a few buildings that each had a small number of rooms in them and these were separate to the main reception, restaurant and pool area. I had difficulty finding where to park when I arrived just to check in, and ended up parking in a bus spot. Apparently as you go in the gates, immediately to the right is the entry to the car park, which we didn't see at all. Having said that, they were happy for us to stay in the bus park as they weren't expecting any buses that night so I was grateful. Our room was very roomy, with a couple of closets, a great bathroom and a separate toilet, all in the room. We also had a balcony with table and chairs. From the pool area you can walk to the beach which is close by. We swam in the pool which was beautiful when the rain stopped and it warmed up. Had a restaurant meal that night which was a smorgasbord, which was nice, and the next morning had a buffet breakfast sitting overlooking the pool and sea - beautiful!

The car park was excellent, it was underground and very secure. The room was a very good size with a separate room with bunk beds for my son .The location was brilliant,and you were able to walk to the port (St Jean ) approx 15 mins where there were a lot of restaurants. Beaulieu sur mer was approx 5 mins walk which had a beach club which cost about 38 Euros but it also had a public beach you could use. The train station was about 10 mins walk and we caught trains to Monaco and also to the Waterpark at Biot - you can buy tickets for the waterpark at hotel reception. Breakfast had a good choice but be aware of sitting outside as there were a lot of birds around.The staff at reception were also pleasant and helpful.

Also it is very easy to take the train to visit nearby towns like Eze, Monaco, Nice. There are nice walks just next to the hotel, you can visit all the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat by walk. Also there’s a beach just next to the hotel. - surroundings. The hotel has a beautiful and well maintenance park, the swimming pool with an amazing view and breakfast hall with a sea view. -many activities for all age groups. We would definitely come back here with our children, because the conditions are great for the families. - staff was very nice and helpful!

Idyllic location and excellent facilities for families with play area, mini golf, activities such as pétanque and several beaches a few minutes walk away along the coastal path and spotless pool. Great access to Beaulieu-sur-Mer and st Jean cap towns for amenities. Spacious rooms, varied buffet meals and breakfast. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful when we had queries. Evening entertainment shows were family friendly and wholehearted fun. Great place to go, I would go back again, the kids had an amazing time.

Parking lots are big enough, unless you come with a huge SUV... I would stay in this hotel again.
